Dr. Paula Fellingham, Founder and CEO of The Women's Information Network
Paula Fellingham holds a Doctorate of Education in Human Relations. She is the author of five books and numerous magazine articles. Paula has spoken at the United Nations and at conferences around the world for over 30 years. Paula hosted a daily, 2 hour radio show called "Solutions For Families." She was the founder of Women Celebrating Life Inc. and Ignite Your Life Seminars. Currently, Paula is the Founder and CEO of The Women's Information Network.
Paula is also the founder of "This is Our Time" International Women's Day events worldwide; and www.GlobalWomensSummits.com ~ 1,000 will be presented in 2012.
Ambassador Mokhtar Lamani, International Consultant, WIN Board of Directors
Ambassador Mokhtar Lamani, former Ambassador of the Arab League to Iraq, is currently a visiting IDRC (International Development Research Centre) senior fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation in Waterloo, Ontario. Prior to his position as Special Representative, Lamani was visiting lecturer at universities across the West and Islamic regions from 2005-2006. As Ambassador of the Organization of the Islamic Conference to the United Nations from 1998-2004, he represented the OIC to the UN and Coordinator of the OIC group in New York. His distinguished career includes positions with the General Secretariat and with the Arab League, including Deputy Permanent Observer to the UN, Officer in Charge of Iraq-Kuwait dispute, Coordinator of Secretariat Reform, and Coordinator of the Euro-Arab Dialogue and Afro-Arab Cooperation. Ambassador Lamani is now a Special Envoy for Peace and a distinguished Fellow and International Consultant.
Val Christensen, Business Advisor, WIN Board of Directors
Val Christensen, The WIN Business Advisor, is currently the CEO of Energy Solutions, a multi-billion dollar nuclear waste company. Prior to this appointment Val served as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Energy Solutions. From 1989 to 2006, he served in various executive positions at Franklin-Covey Co. Val was instrumental in taking both Energy Solutions and Franklin-Covey public. Prior to 1989, he was a partner at the law firm LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae, where he handled commercial litigation and general business matters in the firm's Salt Lake City office.
Lauralee Christensen, Executive Vice President
Lauralee Christensen is a Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of The Women's Information Network. As an executive, she works with corporate relations, charitable affiliates, WIN conferences and events, and is a co-host on The WIN Show. Lauralee is a public speaker and regular television guest expert on such topics as creative grandparenting and strengthening families. She has extensive experience in international charitable aid, family and development policy. Prior to The WIN, Lauralee served in various executive positions in five non-profit humanitarian organizations and was a Co-founder of Stay Alive and International Voice for Youth.
Kathleen I. Niew: Vice President of Global Business Strategies, WIN Board of Directors
President and Founder of The Niew Group, LLC, Kathleen Niew is a well known professional insurance advisor and financial educator and attorney. Educating throughout the Chicago area and the Midwest for over 25 years, Kathleen specializes in estate planning and probate law. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association. In 2004, her book Moneykeeping for Modern Times was published, and Kathleen hit the lecture and interview circuit to spread the word of this simple and effective plan. Kathleen's activities include being a Member with the Board of Directors for A New Day in Cambodia, a not-for-profit organization, fund raising for PACTT, Chairman of Field Advisory Board of Columbus Life Insurance Company. As a member of MDRG Court of the Table, Kathleen presents "Money Talks for Women" lectures.
Dr. Taira Koybaeva, Cultural and Globalization Specialist
Dr. Taira Koybaeva is an experienced globalization expert with a 19+ years of proven results in facilitating international projects for agencies such as NASA, U.S. Congress, U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense as well as aerospace giants like Lockheed Martin, Ball Aerospace, and Orbital Science.
Taira's international expertise began by receiving education from premier universities in Russia, Germany, Switzerland, and the U.S. As a cultural expert Taira worked with various international agencies such as the Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Norwegian Embassy in the United States, The Russian Federation, Ukrainian and Tajik Governments.
While applying her international expertise practically, Taira was simultaneously developing a system for turning companies into global players through her research and work as a professor at Utah State University and fellow at MIT. She founded GoGlobalFAst, LLC as a result of seeing the missing link between companies' "international" intent and their ability to implement successful and profitable globalization.
Michelle Anton, Vice President of Operations
Michelle Anton has produced nationally syndicated programming for such industry notables as Dr. Laura, Leeza, Danny Bonaduce, Montel Williams and was a freelance associate producer working on The Oprah Winfrey Show. She has more than 20,000 hours of producing under her belt.
Michelle is the co-author of the bestseller, Weekend Entrepreneur: 101 Great Ways to Earn Extra Cash. In addition to being an expert on entrepreneurship Michelle enjoys writing and was an Official Blogger for Entrepreneur.com. She profiled successful business owners, inventors, and up and coming entrepreneurs. As a keynote speaker she has spoken on many stages including The Orlando Chamber of Commerce, The Learning Annex, Entrepreneur Magazine, American Express, Mark Victor Hansen's Mega Book, Jack Canfield, and Les Brown.
Marcia Martin, Vice President of International Relations and Global Media Projects
Marcia Martin has been a teacher, coach, and trainer in personal growth for over 30 years. She was one of the original pioneers of the Human Potential Movement, and was an original staff member and the Vice President of est (now known as Landmark Forum). She is a Founding Member of the Transformational Leadership Council, an association of renowned transformational thought leaders founded by Jack Canfield, where she was the Executive Director and Vice President for its first four years, and now serves as Board Member Emeritus. As the owner of Marcia Martin Productions, she designed and facilitates the 3-day seminar, The Power of You.

Suzy Gustafson, Vice President of Global Program and Project Expansion
Suzy Gustafson has decades of experience organizing global events and preparing excursions and trips around the world. Suzy has been the principal owner of S.G. Travel One Inc. for 21 years and she has enjoyed a successful career in the travel industry for over 30 years. She has coordinated every type of travel/business event from individual leisure to major corporate conventions. Her specialty includes attention to the smallest details, with special emphasis on brand presentation for her corporate clientele. Suzy has enjoyed a highly successful career by establishing long- lasting relationships with clients who know they can depend on her wide range of experiences and resources, and her numerous business partnerships worldwide.
Kathy Emig, Vice President of Global Market Expansion
For over 20 years, Kathy Emig has been coaching, managing, training and motivating hundreds of people in corporate environments, supporting them in reaching their full professional potential within senior level positions in the Telecommunications and Staffing industries. Kathy has worked as a Conscious Living Coach/Wholistic Practitioner/Teacher and Workshop Facilitator championing individuals in their human and spiritual growth. She has created and taught 20+ Self-Empowerment and Mindful Business Practice classes, as well as planning and coordinating special events for business clients including concerts, business fairs and fundraising. Kathy worked with hundreds of WIN Event Directors to create the largest gathering of women in the history of the world for International Women's Day, March 8, 2011. She coordinated the entire effort: 377 live events in 152 countries.
Erin Richey, Executive Director
Erin Richey is the Executive Director of The Women's Information Network. Erin works directly with the Executive Team to plan and coordinate WIN Training Programs, events, the Affiliate Program and more. She also helps direct The WIN marketing and communications operations. Erin has extensive experience working with teams. She was the General Manager of AlphaGraphics and helped the company double its revenue, earning The Rising Star Award. Prior to her management positions, Erin spent 12 years as a graphic and web design artist. Additionally, Erin has experience as a consultant, helping clients with their marketing and communication strategies.
Brock Doxey, Director of Web Traffic
Brock has focused on building innovative and profitable internet technology, sales, and marketing teams and systems since 2000. Brock's internet vision, lead generation and ecommerce systems have generated millions of leads and millions of dollars in revenues for start-up companies, brick & mortar and internet mainstays. He is responsible for identifying & creating new marketing enabling technologies, applications and strategic partnerships.
Adam Torkildson, Chief Technology Officer
Adam Torkildson is an expert in search engine optimization and internet marketing and is responsible for day to day operations of Customer Hook. Before joining Customer Hook, Adam managed the largest and most profitable portfolio of accounts for SEO.com for two years. His past successes managing search engine optimization efforts for Dell.com , AlphaGraphics.com , and HugoBoss.com have played an important role in the aggregation of profitable customers for Customer Hook clients. Adam earned a bachelor's degree in Online Communications from Utah Valley University.
Ben Layton, Chief Technology Officer

She is also an author and a speaker, and the Founder of The Senssoma Institute, providing transformation programs for individuals and large organizations. Sally Busby, WIN Global Ambassador
Sally Busby founded The Global Network in 1990, offering consulting services to companies such as Blockbuster Inc., E! Entertainment TV and Trilion Plc. She began her career with the BBC, marketing and distributing television programming. She worked with entrepreneurial start-ups such as Thorn/EMI and Virgin's MUSIC BOX pan-European music channel and created a $100 million distribution business for Consolidated Inc. Later, Sally ran the European Media and Entertainment Division for Korn Ferry, the Global Executive Search Agency.
Sally has trained and mentored many individuals and groups for 20 years, from the entertainment business, publishing, financial, and the oil and trading sectors. Sally, a world traveler, from the UK, has lived in England, France and the US, and speaks French and German. She studied Social Psychology at the University of London.
David Malmstrom, Director, The WIN Store
David Malmstrom is the Director of The WIN Store. He has worked on software development and engineering teams as a technical editor with responsibility for both internal and external documentation. He is a former writing instructor at the college level. David was the technical editor for McGraw-Hill's book series How to Do Everything with Dreamweaver.
Steven Lerud, Sound/Video Engineer
Steven Lerud is the Sound Engineer for The Women's Information Network. He is also a member of the Show Host Support Team. Steve helps make the show creation process smooth and enjoyable for Show Hosts. Steve has been in the recording industry since 1990, and has recorded hundreds of radio and television commercials, industrials, audio books, and video game sound tracks, as well as over 200 CD releases. Steven Lerud is the recipient of the coveted Pearl Award and was named "Studio Engineer of the Year" four times. He was also part of the Oscar award-winning team for the movie short "The Chub Chubs."
Farah Stephens, Graphic Design Artist and Web Content Manager
Farah Stephens has been a Graphic Artist for over 11 years, 6 of those professional. She has designed both for the web and for print, getting her professional start at AlphaGraphics handling hundreds of high-profile projects. After that she spent a year as the Creative Marketing Director at a cutting-edge Chrome Manufacturing company, and then landed at The WIN. Farah's passion in life is "making things pretty" not only as a graphic designer but also in all areas of life.

Kathleen Noble Allred, WIN Regional Director
Kathy has been an educator for over 35 years. She taught elementary school and has been an active member of local, regional, state and national Parent Teacher Associations (PTA). Kathy is a dedicated advocate for children and their character development. She authored a children's book, "Play to Learn". In a military career spanning more than 28 years, Kathy traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East supporting her Lt. Col. husband in his various assignments. In every place they lived, she was actively involved in women, family and educational programs often initiating and presenting women's self- awareness seminars, parenting seminars and military awareness programs for Army spouses. She has served in numerous women's groups, military spouse organizations and was selected by the Chief of Army Public Affairs to represent Army wives on national television broadcasts and media interviews during Operation Desert Storm.
