I have been working very closely with Valerie over the past 2 years as we have both served on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Portland (JLP). I am continuously impressed with the amount of time Valerie devotes to helping others. She is a volunteer or serves on the board of several other local non-profits on-top of being the current President of the Board of the JLP. Whenever we try to meet up to discuss plans, it is difficult to find a good time to meet because she is volunteering at Meals on Wheels or picking up groceries for the elderly. She is amazing! And on top of all of this, she is the nicest most genuine person I've ever met! I feel honored to met her and to have her in my life!!
