Shelly

Shelly Locke is a graduate of Utah State University. She and her husband have been married for twenty seven years. They are the parents of two daughters they adore. The Lockes are a 'family-philanthropic' under the auspicies of their Heart of the World Foundation, seeing to the needs of children throughout the world, as Shelly speaks to governments in behalf of Motherhood and Family. Their latest foray was to Africa, where Shelly met with presidents, parliaments and kings, introducing legislation that protects the Family and Home. Her many accolates include serving as The Young Mother of the Year for Utah and as the representative of Utah to the White House to First Lady Laura Bush in 2006-07. Shelly remains active in politics, filling many board and leadership positions. She is currently serving the World Congress of Families as International Ambassador, as well as their United Nations NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) Representative. In October of 2010, Shelly's first book was published entitled, "Cherish the Children~An Inspirational Work Revealing the Supernal Role of Motherhood". This summer, Shelly travels to Russia. While there, she will undertake a book and documentary project entitled "Mothers of Courage ~ Mothers of Faith", highlighting a collection of work celebrating the noble role of motherhood throughout the world, in an effort to influence international policy.
