I am nominating Melony Butler for her efforts with community service, and women’s organization, Dress for Success Cleveland. This program is a wonderful resource for women in our community (including me!). This program helps disadvantaged women with resume, assistance with interview techniques, phone etiquette, job readiness and providing professional attire for their new job. This organization is making a huge difference in the community. Melony Butler has spent the last ten years passionate and finding purpose in encouraging, enhancing and empowering women who walk through the doors of Dress for Success Cleveland. Melony coordinates meetings, outings and supporting workshops to help us in prove our life. Melony has shown me the way to kindness and generosity by her example. She goes above and beyond in so many areas in life she is there to encourage them. Melony is definitely deserving of this wonderful honor and award.
