Marsha's led the charge to raise awareness of working Women's needs for hundreds of women accross America for the past 30 years. Her motto was "embrace the day and the embrace each other". As the National President Coalition of Labor Union Women ("CLUW") Marsha led with the theme Union Women Building the Movement. Through CLUW and her work in Civil Rights at United Steelworkers Marsha has supported such campaigns as: FMLA , EFCA, Women's Equal Pay, Women's Role in Effecting Change in the World Economy, Cervical Cancer Protection Projects, Universal Health Care and many, many more. Marsha still serves working women and CLUW by Bridging the Gap and becoming an advocate for her CLUW local chapter in Pittsburgh and women accross the United States.
