Marion started the only program in the United States "Self Esteem Boston Educational Institute" that educates women in shelters and transitional programs about self-esteem, as the foundation for changing their lives. Marion started the only traveling Skills For Success self-esteem service delivery system in our nation that meets women where they are in homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters and delivers ongoing self-esteem education and skills development programs. Marion also developed the nation's first Self Esteem Facilitator Qualification Program, to qualify group leaders to run self-esteem programs for their clients.
