Kerry began her career in the non-profit sector; at the age of 22, she co-founded the Telluride Chamber of Commerce and went on to act as Director for MENG (Mother’s Embracing Nuclear Disarmament), which was the fastest growing non-profit organization in the United States in 1986-87. At this time, she created and facilitated two U.S./Soviet exchanges of mothers and children. Since 1989, Kerry has consulted to hundreds of organizations in the public sector in the areas of development and fundraising, board development, strategic planning, staffing, goal setting, budgeting, team effectiveness, leadership, management, conflict resolution, coaching, motivating, and performance. In addition to consulting, Kerry has raised over $25 Million for various non-profit organizations. While living in Melbourne, Australia, Kerry helped develop a system that helps small to medium-sized businesses to focus on key strategies in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Nurturing, Marketing, Systems, Teams and Profitability.
Kerry earned her Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Conversation of Natural Resources from the University of California, Berkeley. She did graduate studies in Public Health at California State University, Northridge; and is a certified instructor for the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator and the DISC Personal Profile.
Kerry currently resides in San Diego, where she is raising two young daughters. It is obvious to those in her presence that she loves her children with her whole heart and provides for them a real life model of what the 21st century international woman can be.
I met Kerry eight months ago as I began my transformative coach training program with Accomplishment Coaching, where she is one of the primary leaders on their leadership team. I have been constantly delighted and amazed at her quick yet compassionate approach to accelerated transformation. She holds each of us as fully capable and whole and facilitates us realizing our greatness and potential. I feel very fortunate to know her; she is powerful, engaging, authentic, and challenges me to bring my whole self to the world.
