June Davidson, CEO of American Seminar Leaders Association has been a pillar in her own community for decades. She has been such a generous, fun loving individual. You just can't stay away from her contagious ability to make people laugh, have fun and drink champagne. Her in-depth ability to reach out to young girls who are "cutters" and get them help they need to no longer harm themselves, as well as homeless women and children who are on the streets paying for nights at hotels so they don't live out on the street or in their cars, has given those individuals hope that someone still cares about them and wants to give them a second chance.
She always believes and helps people who are down on their luck, a friend, an acquaintance, and even a colleague to get them through the rough times. June’s uncanny way of coaching and supporting anyone is a gift that only angels can sing about.
June been devoting an insurmountable amount of her time to keep her 91-year-old friend Cordie alive who’s been part of her family for 45 years making sure her friend gets the best medical care overseeing every step. Cordie is her family. Without June’s undying devotion to Cordie who does not have any family close by, she wouldn't have survived 2 heart attacks in 1 month. June has been her sole caretaker tending to every need and more.
June has always been that special person that always finds the energy and time to help others, no matter how busy she is with her own business. She thrives on helping people grow, feel confident, and be in a happier place than before they met her.
I know she has been my “rock” throughout the years, never asking for anything in return. Her gentleness and willingness to help others, is a gift that has been bestowed upon others throughout her lifetime. I bet if she could, she’d adopt everyone she knows as her family. There’s nothing like having a “Juniverse” around that has a “hatitude” (she wears hats because she doesn’t do hair), to lift up your spirits, care for you, and make you feel like part of her own family. And isn’t family the most important thing in life?
June Davidson is the most unselfish and lovable person I have ever met. I’ve been honored to be part of her family knowing and working with her for many years. I strongly believe June should be honored for receiving the “Family” award for her lifetime achievement of putting her arms around everyone she’s met and making them feel like “her family.” She makes people feel special and loved unconditionally as a family unit—her extended family. What could be better than that?
