Cookie is a very giving, faithful and generous person, who manages to balance faith, family and work so beautifully and despite being a busy professional never forgets about her community and the needs of others. She has been in disaster stricken areas to provide relief, she was key in building an orphanage in mexico and her newest project includes an orphanage in her native country of the phillipines. She is a role model for so many of us.
