Iva Lou Bailey has been operating Home Health Care Agencies for over 20 years. She is the co-owner of Argus Home Health care that has 5 facilities in various locations in Colorado and 2 locations in Kansas. Her passion is helping these inficiduals that find themselves having to be in Nursing homes and making sure that they receive the best care in the world and that they are happy. She has co-owned Argus Home Health Care since 1999 wiuth her husband. She has a music and entertainment degree from Trezevant and is a certified seminar leader having been trained by ASLA. Se loves to speak, train, teach, inspire others and loves to fly her airplane, ride her motorcycle, golf and singing. The staff and the people who reside in these nursing facilities love her, she reently has also received extensice training on how to work with Altzheimer patients and loves doing that. They each year add more nursing homes so that they can reach out and help more people in need. She is a woman with a big heart, great personality and so caring for the seniors and others that find themselves having to be placed or have use of Home Health Care workers.
